“CO Photography” means Carlos Orquidez Photography, including all photography, filmmaking, creative direction, digital media, and visual production services operated and managed by Carlos Orquidez.
“Services” means any photography session, wedding coverage, filmmaking production, digital content, online gallery, social media content, website, consultation, print material, drone coverage, or any related creative service provided by Carlos Orquidez Photography.
“T&Cs” means these Terms & Conditions applicable to all clients, visitors, bookings, and users of the Website and Services.
“Website” means the official website owned and operated by Carlos Orquidez Photography, including all related pages, galleries, booking forms, digital platforms, and online content.
A deposit is required to secure any booking date. Remaining balances must be completed before or on the day of the event unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Payments can be made through bank transfer, debit card, credit card, PayPal, or Revolut international payments.
Delivery timelines vary depending on the scope of the project. Photography galleries are generally delivered within 3–15 business days. Larger productions and wedding films may require additional editing time.
All photographs, videos, and creative material produced by Carlos Orquidez Photography remain the intellectual property of Carlos Orquidez unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients may use delivered content for personal or commercial purposes depending on the agreed service terms. Unauthorized resale, editing, or redistribution without permission is prohibited.
Carlos Orquidez Photography is not responsible for delays or circumstances caused by weather conditions, venue restrictions, technical failures outside reasonable control, governmental restrictions, or force majeure events.
In case of failure to provide the contracted service by the provider, all amounts previously paid by the client will be refunded in full.
By booking or using any service provided by Carlos Orquidez Photography, the client acknowledges and accepts these Terms & Conditions.
