MAKING A BOOKING

HOW DO I BOOK A SESSION OR EVENT?

Once you have selected the hour and date, simply contact me through this website, Instagram, or WhatsApp to confirm availability and secure your date.

HOW DOES THE PAYMENT PROCESS WORK?

A deposit is required to officially reserve your date. The remaining balance must be completed the day of the event unless agreed otherwise.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept bank transfers, credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and international payments through Revolut.

DELIVERY & CONTENT

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Most photography galleries are delivered within 3 to 10 business days. Wedding films and larger productions may require additional editing time.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY CONTENT?

All content is delivered through a private online gallery where you can view, download, and share your photographs and videos in high quality.

DO YOU TRAVEL FOR DESTINATION EVENTS?

Yes. Carlos Orquidez is available for destination weddings, concerts, events, and commercial projects across Mexico and internationally.

WHAT STYLE OF PHOTOGRAPHY?

Authentic storytelling, cinematic visuals, candid emotion, luxury experiences, portraits, concerts, weddings, hospitality, and documentary-style photography.

CAN I REQUEST EXTRA EDITING OR RETOUCHING?

Yes. Additional premium retouching, social media edits, reels, and custom visual content can be added depending on the project.

DO YOU OFFER DRONE COVERAGE?

Yes. Drone coverage is available for weddings, hotels, events, real estate, and cinematic productions depending on weather and location permissions.
